ANDREA M. KNOUSE joined Mayhall &Blaize, LLC after graduating cum laude from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she also received a Juris Doctorate and Diploma of Civil Law. While in law school, Andrea was named to the Chancellor’s List five times and received the CALI Award twice for earning the highest grade in Tax Policy and Taxation of Capital Gains. Andrea grew up in Lafayette before attending Texas Christian University (TCU) where she graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Psychology.
While in law school, Andrea served two years as a Supervising Coordinator for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA). She also volunteered with Road Home Project helping homeowners clear title to their property in post-Katrina New Orleans.
Andrea is admitted to practice in all state courts in Louisiana. Her practice consists of title examination, division order work, and litigation.
